The depalletizing robot can automatically identify whether there is a load on the mechanical arm by detecting the suction cup and the gas pressure in the balance cylinder, and automatically adjust the air pressure in the balance cylinder through the pneumatic logic control circuit to achieve the purpose of automatic balance. When working, the heavy object seems to be suspended in the air, which can avoid the collision when the product is docked. Within the working range of the robotic arm, the operator can easily move it to any position, front, back, left, right, up, and down, and the operator can easily operate it. At the same time, the pneumatic circuit also has chain protection functions such as preventing misoperation from falling objects and loss of pressure protection. Palletizing robots can neatly and automatically stack (or unpack) packaged goods of different dimensions on pallets (or production lines, etc.). In order to make full use of the area of the pallet and the stability of the stacked materials, the robot has a material stacking sequence and arrangement setter. It can meet the requirements from low speed to high speed, from packaging bags to cartons, from palletizing one product to palletizing a variety of different products, and is used in product handling, palletizing, etc.
